3. Guadalupe Mountains National Park ~ Texas

Guadalupe Mountains National Park combines the beauty of a mountain view with the scenery of canyons. There are dunes and desert terrain all around. Additionally, this National Park has more than 80 miles of trails that you can hike.

4. Manassas National Battlefield Park ~ Virginia

This hidden gem is just a quick drive from Washington, DC. Manassas National Battlefield Park is also home to two different battles during the Civil War. 5. National Park of American Samoa ~ American Samoa (US Territory)

Located 2,600 miles from Hawaii, this is the most remote National Park in the United States. To get to this beautiful park, you have to fly to the National Park of American Samoa. But, with the white sandy beaches, clear blue water, and beautiful lush rainforests, it’s well worth the flight. It’s one of the best least visited National Parks.

6. Petrified Forest National Park ~ Arizona

Located in Northeast Arizona, this little park is perfect for exploration. In the Petrified Forest National Park, you have a one-of-a-kind chance to see actual petroglyphs on Newspaper Rock. 8. Lake Clark National Park and Preserve ~ Alaska

Those that visit Lake Clark are shocked to find that it is the third least-visited National Park in the nation. However, it’s one of the best! 9. Voyageurs National Park ~ Minnesota
