Blueberry Bread with Crumb Topping Recipe Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Blend your dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Add your wet ingredients: milk, oil, egg, and vanilla.
Quick Tip: Wash your blueberries and toss them with flour to give them a light dusting. This will prevent the blueberries from sinking to the bottom.
Fold in the dusted blueberries. Pour batter into greased loaf pan and set aside while you prepare the topping.
For the topping, press the softened butter pat, sugar, and flour together in a bowl with a fork or pastry blender until crumbly. Add more flour or sugar if needed.
Sprinkle topping over batter, and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 60-70 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool and serve.
Healthy blueberry bread can be extra-tasty for breakfast, brunch, or a snack.
