The Perfect Palette

Many things take place in the beginning stages of wedding planning: finding a dress, securing major vendors and also working towards a theme for your day, which can be difficult or even dependent on the season. Finding a color palatte can point you in the right direction and make selecting things like flowers, bridesmaids’ dresses and invitations a breeze.

I was greatly inspired by this color palatte that I happened upon on Pinterest. The succulent flowers (I sense another posting coming along on succulents!) along with the soft yet poignant color scheme had me oohing and ahhing!

You can literally draw color inspiration from anything. A favorite flower, a vintage dress, or even a pillow you happen upon that has a great pattern. Color schemes are everywhere! One such site that can help you decide on a color palatte is The Perfect Palatte, which has several suggested color boards along with the ability to have a palatte created for you. Amazing! Below are some color inspirations straight from The Perfect Palatte, and for more just click here to head on over to their website. Happy planning!

What about you? What is or was your color palatte, or do you have a palatte to suggest? I would love to hear your thoughts on a great color scheme for a wedding.

The above palattes are from The Perfect Palatte made from images that they found on the web and are credited on their website.
