clutch debut party – the photo booth by Lynchburg Snapshot Studio

Ok, so these are the photos I adore. It’s SO fun to see what the photo booth brings out in people, and special thanks goes out to the Lynchburg Snapshot Studio for the use of their amazingly fun booth. Enjoy all!

Here is the beautiful Crystal flying solo in the booth. Someone had to break it in!

I always feel inspired to open my mouth for some reason. I need to come up with another pose for sure!

My fabulous mom (Trudie) and my daughter, Aubrey.

Sabrena (who did the layout design) and me playing it fierce!

Yay, interns! This group of ladies is amazing! Darnay, Becca, Steph and Lauren worked on design, and Whitney worked on editing and writing.

Aubrey and me hamming it up.

3 generations… mom, Aubrey and me.

My uber supportive husband, Earl, had fun, too! I love how his name tag transferred from him to me. LOL!

Sabrena’s husband Josh tried to figure out how that thing worked…

Yay! Love for clutch from Amanda (Ashley Baber Weddings), Jen, Crystal (Crystal George Studios) and Jane (Jane Bradley Photography).

Amanda and Jen looking beautiful!

Such sweet ladies… Crystal, Liz (Lynchburg Snapshot Studio/Sincerely, Liz: Photography) and Jane.

Amanda and Jane had fun, too.

Jen and Crystal were being secretive about their sneek peek.

I adore this of Liz and Crystal!

Yay! It’s my mom and Dad (George).

What a fun group! Josh, Sabrena, Jennifer (La Bella Torta) and Charles.

Hey!!! PDA. LOL! So cute.

These of Sabrena and Josh are too cute!

My dad and me had fun taking a few shots.

Laurie and Debbie from the RMA showed up, too. I appreciate their support!

Intern Lauren and Jared are adorable.

Charissa (Timeless Reflections) with Aubrey and Michelle (one of the writers).

Sandra and Hannah of RS Exclusive had fun checking out their ads.

Becca, Lauren, Darnay and Steph showed off their ad work!

The Collings (Kathie and Jeremiah of Colling Photography) are hilarious!!

It really seemed like the guys had no clue… here Jeremiah (Stone Blue Productions) is checking out the clicker, too.

Yay! The magazine is here, and Jeremiah and Sandra checked out their ads.

LOL! Silliness ensued with Liz and Jeremiah. I love it when the camera catches everyone off guard.

More magazine love all around… so fun!

Yay for more family pictures.

Bye, everyone! See you next issue…

Again, HUGE thanks goes out to Lynchburg Snapshot Studio for these fun photos… hire them for your next event, and you will have lots of fun photos, too. I heart photo booths.

clutch, the bride’s guide to have and to hold debuts

Wow. You work on something for months and months and devote SO much time, energy and love into it… you know the project will eventually be completed, but while you are in process it seems as though you will never finish! I am so excited and also proud to finally be able to hold our wedding publication… clutch, the bride’s guide to have and to hold, in my hand.

To celebrate our completion and also to revel in our accomplishment, I decided to have an event to reveal and debut the magazine. It was an intimate affair that included those who were involved in the magazine… advertisers, writers, graphic designers, interns and my immediate family, who although they did not actually contribute to the creation of the magazine, they were my support and help along the way.

Enjoy a glimpse into our evening, and many thanks to Jeremiah of Stone Blue Productions for being our documenter for the evening.

The beautiful tulips were a congratulations from my parents.

The view from City View by the James is so stunning, and yes, I did have a schedule for the evening. Everyone had to wait until the ribbon was cut to see the magazines!

Our event was catered by Repast Catering, and it was delicious and beautiful.

Here is a quick shot of Kim Jennings of City View and Laurie Gulluscio of the Retail Merchant’s Association.

We had a gorgeous and delicious cake from La Bella Torta.

I thanked everyone… advertisers, writers, designers, family. Everyone had a part in it! Here I (Jennifer) am with Sabrena, who did the layout for the publication.

And YES, I did have a ribbon cutting… why not? Sabrena and I each kept half of the ribbon that was cut.

Then there was the waiting and watching as everyone FINALLY got to see the publication and oohed and ahhed. It was SO fun to see their reaction!!

More friends (ok, advertisers, but I really see these ladies as friends first!) checking out their ads and the overall publication.

Yay, mission accomplished! So many hours and so much work and love, but we did it!! Now, on to the next project…

Also, stay tuned for our fun photo booth posting where you will see all of our guests at their finest. The photos are great, and I can not wait to share them with you!!
