About Hill City Bride
I created Hill City Bride to be a niche blog to serve as a resource for brides in Lynchburg and the surrounding areas while also providing local vendors a venue in which to showcase their work and services. Vendors sleep at night, magazines have a shelf life, and shops maintain business hours, yet Hill City Bride is available 24 hours a day as the only local online resource for planning a wedding. With new postings several times a week, Hill City Bride is a pleasurable, always available resource for brides to peruse at their leisure.
About Jennifer Prince
I (Jennifer Prince) am a wife and mother of three who has lived in the Lynchburg area for over 20 years. I enjoy writing, and my work has been featured in local publications such as Central Virginia Home, Roanoke Valley Home, Lynchburg Living and Soiree. I am also currently the Editorial Director for Bella Magazine here in Central and Southwest Virginia. My zest for life and love for people inspired me to start a resource to bring brides-to-be and quality vendors together in an easy, modern way through a fun, upscale resource and idea blog.
What started out as a business for me, has turned into so much more. I have enjoyed creating a community of vendors in the Central VA area that I truly can call friends … that has been such a joy for me. I hope that you get to know them through my blog and that you learn to love them just as much as I do. Happy planning!
Special thanks goes out to Liz Cook of Sincerely, Liz: Photography for this fun picture, which was photographed at Lynchburg’s Old City Cemetery.
