Vendor Spotlight – Interiors by Moyanne
Lynchburg has such a great community of business owners, and it is truly a place where many people go into businesses for themselves (and successfully, I might add!). Many of my friends are fellow business owners, many of which serve as an inspiration to me. One of these is Moyanne … when you hear her name, your mind may immediately conjure up images of beautiful furnishings.
Beyond the fact that Moyanne is a wonderfully talented, highly sought after designer, she is also super sweet! I will admit, when I first called her to see if she would be willing to help with our editorial photo shoot set design, I was a little intimated … after all, she was “Moyanne“! I have had the opportunity to get to know her throughout the past year, and she helped out with both the Napoleon and Josephine shoot along with letting me borrow items to stage my booth at the spring Bridal Expo.
A few months ago, Jeremiah Guelzo of Stone Blue Productions, and I stopped by Interiors by Moyanne to capture a few photos of her in the store along with getting a few photos of her beautiful furnishings and accessories themselves. I just wanted to share them with the readers of Hill City Bride. Moyanne, thank you again for helping out HCB, and I have really enjoyed getting to know you … you do such amazing work (and have great taste!). I wish Interiors by Moyanne many more years of success.
That store is just FULL of eye candy! The first time I went to the big store in Lynchburg (we used to have a smaller one in Cville), I think I spent five minutes along looking at tea towels. There is just so, so much to take in!
Moyanne has been involved in the Charlottesville Design House, too (benefits the Shelter for Help in Emergency). I was so impressed that she made the trip here to do that…and trucked all her beautiful pieces up to the houses!
I agree, Jeannine. She is so nice and ready to help, AND her store does have so many things to take in … the longer you browse, the more you notice! Have a wonderful day.

Yes… she is so talented. And, Jennifer, you are right, when you hear the name “Moyanne” you KNOW it’s going to be beautiful – regardless of the color, the style, the room or the piece.

I am not sure I can say it enough but Moyanne is a genius! Anyone who saw The Trivium before and now will see her amazing gift! The whole team at Moyanne’s is AWESOME!
